Positive: Nice garden, infinity pool (bit cold though), big room
Negative: Its typical Indonesian construction, so you hear every single word from your neighbors etc. If you have a family with 8 people next to you, good luck sleeping.

Positive: Clean. New. Clean towels and sheets. Very well maintained. Staff are very helpful and nice.
Negative: No TV in room. But it didn’t affect me. Need to ask for hair dryer and hangers which the staff gave it to me very quickly.
Summary: Compare to other hotels in the area. This definitely stands out.

Positive: This is a newly made cottage and hence rooms are new, a short distance 5 mins drive from the port, but the Juma team will pick you and your luggage, you just need to let them know the time your boat is reaching. Juma team take very good care and are helpful in terms of guiding you on the places to visit around, they even helped us with a one day package with a driver who took us around to key places. Nearby there is also a place you can visit for hiking and parasailing is also closeby. Juma team also helped us book a cab from the port to our next destination of Berastagi and proactively informed the driver to ensure that he helps us with currency exchange, which he did. Restaurant is also very good and staff are very helpful. We had a verty good time at Juma Cottages and wish the team very best.
Negative: We had a great time, so there is nothing what we did not like about the cottage.

Positive: Staff - super friendly and accomodating (picked my partner and I up from the ferry and also gave us a ride to the local bus when we were leaving) easy check in and out. Premises - beautiful, pool looking out over the lake. Walking distance to pharmacy, supermarket & nice restaurants/bars. The rooms were spectacular - large size, very clean with all relevant amenities (wifi, loo paper, towels, soap, fridge full of cold drinks, jug, tea, coffee and milk. Awesome balcony to look out and grounds well maintained with beautiful flowers. Highly recommend! Would absolutely stay again x

Negative: Jet skiing is not available at this cottage, so it has been moved to a nearby location. It would be even better if jet skiing could also be accessed from this cottage, given its direct access to the sea.
