Positive: The hotel is located in very nice surrounding at the shore of the Lake Toba. The view to the garden and the lake beautiful. The breakfast was very nice. The Manager of the hotel, Mikhael was very helpful, really a nice guy. He suggested a scooter rental close by and helped us with information about buses to Medan and finally drove us to the boat station.
Negative: The buildings, stairs belonging to the hotel at the lake shore are in a quite bad condition and it is rather difficult to enter the lake here

Positive: We had a great stay here. The room and the whole property was clean, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. The host, Mikhael, was super kind and communicated very well with us throughout our stay, which made everything easy and comfortable. The breakfast was good, and we especially loved the peaceful and beautiful surroundings. A very relaxing place to stay.
