Summary: The jungle-themed room was unique, even featuring an indoor waterfall—though, unfortunately, it wasn’t intentional. While the situation wasn’t handled as smoothly as we had hoped, the host did accommodate our request to cancel the remainder of our stay. We were also surprised to learn that guests typically aren’t allowed to use the pool, despite it being a key selling point of the listing. That said, the room itself was cute, and the hosts were very kind during check-in, offering local recommendations and ultimately allowing us to use the pool and hot tub. The communication leading up to our stay was a bit stressful, as responses only came after VRBO customer support stepped in, which made us question the legitimacy of the listing. Overall, while the experience had its challenges and added some unexpected stress to our trip, it wasn’t a bad stay.
