Summary: Yard was not kept, pool had all kind of leaves in it. It took the house a long time to cool off and I do not see how 11 people could sleep there. That is the small negatives. The house was clean and comfortable once cooled down. This place would be a gem for the price if the little things were fixed. It felt like a way for. Them to make money and not a place they were proud of having people stay at. I wish I owned it and could fix it uo to be a full winner on list of properties. We had a great stay but the potential of this house is not tapped yet

Summary: Overall we enjoyed our stay. There are a few things that were damaged and it can use some yard work. We did have some minor issues with getting the key pad to light up to enter code. The biggest issue was when I contacted the host because we could not find the double futons that were listed to accommodate sleeping for our 11 guest. I was told that the futon was broken by the last guest and one guest could sleep on the long couch in living room. This made things a little uncomfortable. Other than that everything was good.

Summary: The house was ok.. 300$ Came up missing outta my purse Saturday night while we were out. It was very strange.

Summary: My family and friends had a great experience at this home! It was very clean, spacious as stated, had a really fun pool and was really close to Bush Gardens and the Sugar Factory (where I had my son's birthday dinner). Margaret always responded promptly. I was initially skeptical because I was "told" the neighborhoods around Bush Gardens were questionable, but I was very pleased and comfortable with our location. The streets were quiet, quaint and we felt safe. We will be back!

Summary: This place was perfect for us as we were having a fun time in Tampa and wanted to be near the Hard Rock. It was exactly what we needed it to be.

Summary: The house was great, well stocked, the patio and pool was very nice, privacy screens if you want to use them. The kitchen had a good stock of pots and pans, even fully stocked spices. The beds were comfortable. The location near Busch Gardens, Adventure Island, and Zoo Tampa (formerly Lawry Park Zoo) makes visiting them exceptionally easy. Other Tampa attractions are also convenient to go to. The owners were exceptionally responsive with any questions we posed. I highly recommend the property, and any others they may run. Given the chance, we would stay here again.

Summary: My family and I enjoyed every day we stayed. We had one problem I contacted the host and he sent someone right away no hesitation. He stayed in contact with me to make sure it's was fixed I will recommend this property is a good place to stay. And we most definitely will be going back real soon thank you for everything you are a good host!

Summary: Property manager communicated immediately with everything. Pool was great for everyone. Home was beautiful. Patio dorr to the pool was difficult to open but other than that the whole experience exceeded our expectations. We would rent this home again! Highly recommend.
