Positive: The apartment was big, bright and cozy. It had everything we needed and the location is very good. Also pet friendly (dog fee is 5€ per day).
Negative: One of the matresses was on the wrong side, so we had a bad night with an uncomfortable bed until we figured out what was wrong. Not sure what happened there with the cleaning crew.

Positive: Nice neighbour area with shops and restaurants, walking distance to central. Accomodation is spacious but probably not for four adults. Whilst on street parking was not available, there is a parking garage just around the corner. Mini kitchen was well equipped.
Negative: It was a little noisy at night (but only until bars shut around midnight) and windows are high so no views out of the flat (it is on the ground floor) but not a big issue as we were out all day.
Summary: Perfect for visiting the beautiful city of cologne.

Negative: Nothing, it was excellent. Shower was a bit cramped and the windows could have been completely covered with curtains or netting but it was okay.

Negative: However, we were on the ground floor, and the window didn’t have a decent curtain, which resulted in a lot of light coming in from the street. The owner could have put up a proper curtain. Additionally, there was a lot of noise from nearby pubs and also from the floor above. All of this made my stay a bit unpleasant. I would recommend the owner to put up a proper curtain on the window and put more effort into reducing noise inside
