Summary: Pros: quiet area, beautiful garden, lots of light, toys/games for the kids, modern, pool, rental agency was kind and tried to be helpful, close to things if you have a car--very beautiful area. Safety gate at the top of the (very steep) stairs kept my kids from going up/down on their own. Cons: check in process required downloading 2 different apps, keyless entry was tricky to tell if the door was locked, bathtub and floors weren't as clean as they could be. Mattress was pretty hard for my preference. Hot water ran out and agency said it was turned back on remotely, but after 24hrs it still wasn't. There was instructions in the welcome guide how to re-set the hot water heater, but the door to access it was locked. Listing says it has air conditioning, but there wasn't--and at night if we open the windows lots of mosquitos, and it was very hot in the afternoon. Stairs are very steep to get down to the kitchen inside the house, with no rail to hold on to so not the best if you have mobility issues. When we booked this place there wasn't many reviews which made me nervous, maybe it's new to being rented so, with a few adjustments it could be even better. Overall we really enjoyed our time here.
