Summary: Reception is 3 buildings away. No one on site. Wifi is very poor and intermittent Brown water came out of the bathroom sink initially The heating vents need to be cleaned. The apartment is cold. It definitely is not luxury by any NZ standard.

Summary: We loved this condo for our family! Very nice space and nicely decorated, great views, excellent amenities, easy parking, loved the washer/dryer in the unit, and 2 bathrooms for the 2 bedroom condo. We would stay there again for sure! Highly recommend.

Summary: Nice apartments with great ocean view. Apartments are a little dated, but clean and well serviced. 10 minute walk to the Kaiakoura town restaurants. Longer walk to groceries. WiFi is limited by poor signal strength. Kaiakoura is pretty and these apartments are next to the coast with a great Ocean view.
