This spacious architecturally designed holiday home built on two and a half levels is situated in a hillside garden.
Extensive views over Tasman Bay with sliders onto the deck around three sides. A large living area with log fire and wood provided for your winter comfort. Modern appliances and furnishings including dishwasher, DVD player etc.
With excellent indoor/outdoor flow the house is ideal to enjoy outdoor dining. There is plenty of space for everyone to enjoy their holiday, and the upstairs bunk room has an additional TV and DVD set up providing a great ‘extra space’ for children to enjoy board games and/or a movie after a long day at the beach!
From the house it is only a 7 minute walk down to Kaiteriteri Beach or Breakers Bay.
With all day sun it is a great place to base yourself and your family while you explore the Abel Tasman National Park, and the Nelson/ Tasman/ and Golden Bay regions during the winter or summer months. Come and visit the golden sands and bask in Nelson’s glorious sunshine.
Please note that we only have limited Sky TV channels during the low season (no sports channels).

Summary: Comfy beds, spacious, nice views. Only heating and cooling we could find were a few space heaters but great breeze so it was fine. The kitchen was well stocked. The only way to walk to town was on the side of a narrow highway so we drove everywhere. Limited groceries in the small town. Very convenient for trips into Able Tasman.

Summary: This location is the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the beauty of Kaiteriteri. I loved sitting on the deck in the morning drinking coffee and listening/watching the birds. It’s an easy 10 min walk up and down to the main beach with a couple of hidden bays closer to the house.

Summary: Great house with everything we needed for a wonderful holiday. The views from the house are beautiful. Spent most of our days down at Breakers Bay, swimming and reading. Went kayaking to Split Apple Rock with Kaiteriteri Kayaks one morning and took a day trip to walk from Medlands Beach to Anchorage. Loved it all, we’ll be back
