Positive: - friendly staff - waterfront location / views - good massages / spa and other activities - comfortable bed

Negative: - building is tired and needs maintenance. Examples include: when taking a bath terrible sewage smell comes from the overflow drain, if you walk around to horse stables/petting zoo it looks drab and overgrown, bathroom towels are also quite aged / marked - we had so many mosquitoes and cockroaches in our room that come from the bathroom drains - lack of variety at the restaurant, some meals were unavailable or what was ordered didn’t taste that good

Positive: Nice people, a great room and a nice pool. Nice restaurant.

Negative: The beach was plagued with sea weed (tolerable since natural), but also litter, washed up by each high tide. A lot of effort was put into cleaning it up, but it was only ever the part near the pool and restaurant. Very few organised activities and excursions. Breakfast poor in range, coffee was dreadful.
