Summary: Spent a long weekend here for a guys' weekend. Very spacious with the 4 bedrooms, nice basement to hang out in, easy access to KC, and a clean house.

Summary: We came to Dan's property with 4 adults and 6 kids ages 3-10. It was the perfect amount of space for our families, everyone had a place to sleep ( 2 kids to a bed, and a pull out couch) every room has a TV which was PERFECT for everyone's gaming devices. And it was glorious that the kids didn't have to sleep in the same room as their oarents. Also, the hot tub out back was Great for after the kids went to bed and is parent adjust needed some down time. The location of the house was excellent. We got to Legoland and science City in about 15 minutes. There's a tasty coffee shop, Headrush, within a 5 minute drive. Close enough to lots of restaurants to get delivery. Minimal road traffic. Basically zero noise. Whenever I reached out to Dan with questions or concerns, he was quick to reply and very helpful. The house is well maintained, decorated beautifully. Lots of charm. The kitchen is stocked. The bedding is top tier -so soft and very clean. Even the mattresses and pillows were amazing. Would absolutely stay here again.

Summary: The house was just as described and the host, Daniel was great. Location was perfect. We were able to get to all areas of KC with ease. Basement was a great place to watch football. Would definitely stay again.

Summary: We had 8 people all 21 and over and the accommodations were great, we enjoyed the hot tub and the corn hole game in the basement. There is a grocery store and liquor store right down the street and we were 6 minutes from the Argosy casino. The house is well stocked and the host is very responsive.
