ABSOLUTE BEACHFRONT bach on the very best part of Paraparaumu Beach. Located on popular Manly Street, only one minute to Paraparumu Beach township, children's park and the famous Paraparumu Golf Club. Also only 45 minutes from Wellington.
This bach is very sheltered and in an idyllic and very private setting, yet you can walk right from the lawn onto the beach. Uninterrrupted views of Paraparaumu Beach and front views of Paraparaumu Beach and Kapiti Island from the lounge, covered patio and master bedroom. The section is safe for children with large outdoor areas. The cottage is recently renovated, full modern kitchen, large fridge, satellite Freeview TV, superfast unlimited fibre wireless internet, CD and iPod player, laundry, modern shower, gas barbeque. Best of all are the beautiful views, relaxed situation and truly magical sunsets over the ocean.

Summary: The property is one of my favourite spots to stay in the area. On the coast with a great view of Kapiti and great beach access. It has everything you need for a short or long stay.

Summary: Our family of 5 stayed at the property for 8 weeks in June and July with a primary desire of a more traditional bach experience. With exception of the cleanliness, the property was as described and for the most part we were very happy with our stay there. That being said, we would not consider staying again if furniture/kitchen tools ware is not upgraded. Due to the size of our family would likely seek a larger space for a longer stay which has nothing to do with the property. It's great for short stays even with a family of 5. Things We Loved About Our Stay: - Views and location of property were amazing. - Owner was very responsive to all needs. - Property was very warm during the winter months. - Kitchen is newer and has modern appliances - Traditional kiwi bach experience Things To Consider Before Staying: - Storage is extremely limited for longer stays. - Property was not clean before arrival. Old food was found under the table cloth, behind the curtains and under the beds. Towels were left hanging outside for an unknown amount of time and thick dust was on everything. Limited tools on property to effectively clean. - Furniture, except in the main bedroom, is very tired and uncomfortable, especially for longer stays. - Kitchen is minimally stocked. Basic items like measuring cups and can openers were cracked and/or rusted. Coffee bar was stocked but unclean. - "Few Kids toys" were very minimal and either missing parts or broken.

Summary: Great old school bach but with a nice internal modern update, just what we wanted as an experience away. Neat to see these style of baches still exist, love the walk straight on to the beach. Would definitely want to book an extended stay at this location and really soak up the Kapiti beach lifestyle

Summary: This little beach house is in a great location with beautiful views across to Kapiti island. Clean and well equipped for a relaxing break on the coast. I particularly enjoyed using the barbecue on the deck and enjoying a drink while watching the sunset. Convenient for the local shops, restaurants etc. Communication and check in, check out all went smoothly.

Summary: A fantastic spot for a relaxing week away in an old-style Kiwi bach that was clean, comfortable and very quiet. A great spot right on the water with views across to Kapiti Island. This was our second visit to this awesome property - we will definitely be back again in the future.
