Positive: We were very satisfied with our stay. We really liked the cleanliness of the room, as well as the fact that bathrobes were always available in the room, which made our stay even more comfortable. All our questions were resolved before check-in, and we received very helpful consultations regarding golf booking and the horse riding club, which we truly appreciated. It was especially pleasant that our daughter had her birthday during our stay, and the hotel organized a festive table and a birthday cake for her. It was very thoughtful and left us with warm and positive memories. In general, the entire staff, from the reception to housekeeping, was very friendly. It was clear that everyone — in the restaurant and throughout the hotel — genuinely tried to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The food was tasty and healthy, and each member of our family was able to find something they liked. The selection was quite diverse, with high-quality ingredients. Both breakfast and dinner were excellent. The location of the hotel is excellent, just 10 minutes from The Land of Legends theme park, which was very convenient for us.

Positive: Once again I stayed at this hotel, and once again everything was at the highest level. Everything was fantastic. Huge thanks for the assistance at any time and for everything to the general manager, Hakan Karaduman, and to all the hotel staff. We will be here again next year.

Positive: Serkan did an excellent job presenting the hotel, keeping us updated with the daily entertainment program, and providing assistance whenever needed. On the positive side, the main restaurant offers a good food selection, the spa facilities (especially the sauna) are enjoyable, and the nearby golf course (just a 5-minute walk away) is a nice bonus.
Negative: The hotel is old and worn out, with the last renovation done about 15 years ago. Calling it a 5-star hotel is very misleading which lead to a huge disappointment. It’s closer to a 3-star based on my experience in many mid- to high-end hotels. Staff, especially at the front desk, need better customer-service training and should at least greet guests with a smile.

Positive: It has all the commodities to spend a relaxing getaway. Food and drink option is quite vast and for sure the highlight of the property!, has many activities for all ages, Spa was great, the beach is sandy with a bit if pebbles, the animation team is great and fun! Is worthy all the way
