Positive: It has all the commodities to spend a relaxing getaway. Food and drink option is quite vast and for sure the highlight of the property!, has many activities for all ages, Spa was great, the beach is sandy with a bit if pebbles, the animation team is great and fun! Is worthy all the way
Negative: Is not a major issue but rooms could be revamped for a better experience. In any case rooms are quite comfortable and super clean.
Summary: We would come back without a doubt! Special mention to Serkan (CRM) and the animators team for making our stay super ple

Positive: Delicious food, a very nice pool, a good location, spacious rooms with good views, and a nice balcony. Mr. Serkan, who took care of booking.com guests, was very friendly and more than useful. The staff in the restaurants and bars were very friendly. There is a lovely beach and green areas to relax.
Negative: The rooms need renovation, especially the door keys, which were always broken. We had to change the key cards every day. The reception staff need to be more friendly, especially Ms. Darya in the guest relations. The Wi-Fi doesn't work well in all areas.
Summary: Great family reunion I enjoyed the stay a lot.

Positive: The hotel facilities were excellent, the staff were friendly and helpful, the food was delicious, and the pools and beach were clean and well-maintained.
Negative: The internet connection was extremely poor during our entire stay. This was very disappointing and needs urgent improvement.
Summary: Great stay overall, but the internet service was the worst and must be improved.

Positive: the birthday invitation and celebration in the restaurant
Negative: 1. No fillup the minibar, need to call the reception 2. No fillup the shampon/shower gel 3. Beer only by cup 4. Everything used broken in the rooms. Dirty on the wall 5. Not enough sun beds for the people 6. In the local shop everything is with 3x price and they dont let you to pay with card 7. The photographers with the parrot are only for the profit and very expensive

Positive: Staff was very helpful and friendly. I asked for some help and they did everything what they could. I strongly advise this hotel for other tourists. Special thanks go to CRM manager Mr. Serkan. He was one that paid close and warm attention to the guests of a hotel. Hope will be back to Kaya Belek Hotel soon.

Negative: Beds & Mattresses aren't comfortable! It Cause Serious back pain and it is very disappointing.

Negative: Unfriendly staff at the front desk and pool facilities Room cleaning is average … bathroom wasn’t cleaned for 4 days during our stay. You are almost obliged to tip the cleaning lady to get the bare minimum done Super crowded and noisy main restaurant with no alternatives in the vicinity
