Summary: The hotel was clean, comfortable and the room was a good size. It was within walking distance to everything do Kent has to offer as well as a bike trail. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful too. The only minor issue was that there is no free overnight parking.

Summary: We loved our time at the hotel. The restaurant, although small, served amazing food- fresh, creative, delicious. There was no need to look elsewhere for dinner and breakfast. Staff was friendly, engaging and personable throughout the hotel/ restaurant. It was only an overnight stay on the way to our destination, but we would search it out again.

Summary: We stayed for one day and night as part of a weekend bicycle trip to visit Kent. We were very impressed with the hotel. It seems to have undergone complete renovations. The lobby/restaurant/bar areas are welcoming and comfortable, the room was spacious, modern, and clean, with excellent climate control. The staff were friendly and responsive. Overall, it enhanced our enjoyable visit to Kent.

Summary: Conveniently located to restaurants and shopping. We stay here whenever we head home to Ohio. All staff was friendly, knowledgeable and went out out of their way to make our stay comfortable.

Summary: Really enjoyed our stay at KSU Hotel! Appreciated how late the pool is open—a nice way to relax at the end of the day. Nice fitness center too! Room was very spacious with microwave and mini fridge! Plenty of towels given in the room. Shower pan was a little dingy, with that happens with age. Staff were very helpful! Overall, extremely pleased with our stay and will be back!
