Our guest house is the perfect place for family get-aways from spring through fall and a fisherman's oasis in the winter. Designed and updated for families with children, there are four bedrooms - bedroom 1 with bunk beds and bedrooms 2-4 with queen size beds. The master bedroom has a sitting area and a large bathroom, complete with a separate tub and shower.
Summer boaters and sportsmen alike will enjoy the proximity to Kentucky Lake and public boat ramps. The property is minutes from Kenlake and Jonathan Creek public boat ramps. Walking distance to Baits & More and a short drive to Fast Eddie's for all your sporting needs.

Summary: This property was exactly as advertised and described in other reviews. The home has an open floor plan with bedrooms on either end of the house. The kitchen and bathroom were well-stocked with necessities. The wi-fi was great, even with several devices connected. There is a grill on the back porch and a fire pit in the front yard, but we didn't get around to using either. There is ample parking in the driveway for at least 4 boats and trucks. There is also access to receptacles for charging boat batteries. The neighborhood was very quiet and relaxing. The house is just a few miles from several different boat ramps. I would definitely recommend this property to others!

Summary: The place was great for those going for a nice trip with plenty of room for activities and at night it is quiet for a peaceful evening. Really close to kenlake marina for those going on the water.

Summary: Could use a touch more gravel when pulling into drive for boat trailers. Vehicle without a trailer is fine. Possibly another outside electrical outlet. Other than that it was perfect.

Summary: Nice place with plenty of room for a large group. We had 9 in our group and had plenty of room. Would have liked to have a few more kitchen amenities and it could have been a little cleaner.
