My young family own this beautiful little property we call Kiahpark. We love living here. Our place offers a quiet space to get away but also close enough to the CDB that nothing is off limits.

Summary: It had a nice view of surrounding farm. Contactless check in/out made it easy to work around travel. Everything needed was supplied. The host family were friendly and pleasant to deal with. My sons enjoyed the visits from the cows and the dog!

Summary: Property was great location, communication was prompt and easy, no contact with us while there which suited us. Property has great potential, it needed alittle love and attention, felt dirty, needed to wipe surfaces- side tables: dining table, dusty, pot plant with dead plant, towels were very old, just felt like it needed some care & attention but we added tablecloth and throw rug and made it feel more homely and cosy. Thank you for having us

Summary: We loved our stay at Kiahpark. The cabin is quite spacious, very comfortable and had everything we needed. Was lovely to wake up to a visit from the cows every morning and our little boy loved playing in the secure yard. Abby, John and family were very welcoming, we'd love to stay again 🙂

Summary: A very clean and lovely place to stay . It had everything we needed and the owners are very friendly and helpful. It was a lovely farm life experience, plenty of fresh country air and a lovely view out the kitchen window of sheep grazing in the paddock . Would definitely go back there again and recommend Kiahpark to anyone looking for accommodation only 10 minutes from the heart of Swan Hill .

Summary: Abby and John are friendly and fantastic hosts and have created a rustic little getaway for the family. Kiahpark met our needs nicely - close to Swan Hill town centre and even quicker access to the Murray River. Positioned on the main drive to their home, the accommodation is a converted shearing shed with basic, yet adequate, facilities. A pair of cows wander to the boundary fence, which freaked our dog out the first time, but the enclosure is perfectly sized for your pet. You will also be visited by the owner's friendly dogs - they hosted our dog and our kids exceptionally well! This is not a luxury get away, nor does it try to be. However, if you're after an active family getaway in the heartbeat of the Murray, Kiahpark is the perfect choice.

Summary: Property was very comfortable and easy to relax in, lovely peaceful outlook and everything you need. Owner was very responsive and respected our privacy. Would highly recommend as a great place to explore the Swan Hill area.

Summary: We could not have asked for a better experience. The farmhouse is in the most relaxing setting, just minutes from the main town centre of Swan Hill. It was so clean and had everything we needed to feel at home. Our kids absolutely loved seeing the cows and horse everyday. The hosts, Abby and John were so helpful and kind. We will definitely be back!

Summary: Staying on a working farm 2 minutes out of Swan Hill, it was lovely to stay for a couple of weeks while working out in the Nyah floodplain. Abby and her family were lovely hosts and made it very easy to relax. Washing machine, functioning kitchen and plenty of heating and cooling for the vagaries of Spring weather - all my needs were catered for.
