Positive: The location was nice. The sister property the Westin Resort and Spa was fantastic. We enjoyed the free on demand shuttle, amenities and weekend family party. We really enjoyed the pool, lazy river, fresh tasting lunch and helpful staff there. The room fit our needs very well. There were enough towels and we asked for an extra duvet/comforter and they were attentive and it was still warm from the dryer.
Negative: Outside of the villas could have been a bit better maintained. Also, there was a card inside the room asking us to load the dishwasher, take the sheets off the bed, put used towels in the sink and take out the trash. The was not acceptable. We did try to do some of their requests, but had an early flight.

Positive: This was a perfect set up for a family vacation. We stayed 6 nights and were able to make breakfast and lunch in the room to save time and money on food. Sleeper sofa was great for our kids and it was nice to have a separate bedroom with privacy. You have access via a shuttle (you can also easily walk) to the main Westin resort. But for us, the pools and vibes at the villas were much better. We will be back.

Positive: Great pools, staff was friendly, and the room was very nice.
Negative: Very little shade at the pools so a mid-summer visit is very hot. About half of the chairs will have an umbrella, but they are not adjustable for the time of day so for a lot of the day they donโ€™t help anyways.
