Summary: I chose Kimberly Gardens primarily for its location. I needed to go back/forth to close by area of Caulfield. This was my 2nd stay within 2 weeks. The property is what I consider a limited hotel (no room service no restaurant but it met my needs. Staff were always helpful!

Summary: Always very friendly and clean. The only complaint is that the shower had a curtain and no screen so the bathroom floor was wet beyond the shower area.

Summary: I enjoyed my stay, comfortable and relaxing rooms. In a fancy suburb of a major Australian city only a stones throw from the city, the room rates are brilliant! Spoke to a few of the staff including the guy who cleans the room and everyone was really easy going and easy to talk to. Did I mention there is plenty of car parks!!!??!! Off road and out of sight... in short, safe.
