Positive: This is one of the best holiday rentals I have ever stayed in. We felt completely at home but at the same time it felt like a treat to stay here. David and Ines are the nicest people you could hope to meet and brilliant fun, as well as being perfect hosts. I cannot recommend the place enough and certainly hope I can stay on my next visit to Melbourne.
Negative: I can't think of anything wrong with this place it's wonderful.
Summary: Staying here genuinely enhanced our holiday - a treasure of a place.

Positive: Location was perfect. We wanted to have a night out, but come home to definitely some quiet, which it was.The views were amazing in this well designed space. You could see the bay, mountains, and the city. In the living and entertaining area there was something interesting to look at in every corner of the room. You defiantly pay for what you get, and worth every dollar. Our host so accommodating with returning messages, and with a late check out. Myself and my friends will definitely make this place our first place to look for a stay Melbourne.
Negative: I’m really having to think as there was really nothing. Maybe some foxtel to watch the football if you are not goi g out, and a Bluetooth speaker for some music.

Positive: Centrally located in St Kilda, it was easy to walk to where we wanted to go and there are two different tram lines an easy 10 min walk away, the neighbourhood was quiet but a short 20 min walk to St Kilda proper, 10mins on trams. Close to shops, pubs and great restaurants. The place itself was amazing, design was great and very comfortable, had everything we needed and the view from the upper landing was spectacular, the owner was great to deal with, the place was very clean but didn’t feel sterile, just the opposite, I felt right at home. The outdoor deck is private but feels spacious and the views are great. Will be staying here again for sure.
