Our home is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood in Rapid City. It is centrally located amongst all the attractions that western South Dakota has to offer.
What guests love about our listing:

What some guests don't love about our listing:
➥There is an outdoor warning siren located at the elementary school across the street. It is tested on the 1st and 3rd Saturday of each month at noon and is quite loud.
Our home sleeps 8 guests with 1 king bed and 3 queen beds.
➥All beds complete with fresh sheets changed between each guest
➥Extra sheets and pillows are provided in case they are needed
Complimentary Wi-Fi, tea, and coffee. The kitchen is stocked with plates, glasses, silverware, cooking utensils, basic cookware, and all the standard kitchen appliances.
Other details to note:
-Self check-in/keyless entry. Easily check yourself in with an electronic lock. Your code will be provided prior to your check-in time.
-Please remember that you’re staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the house with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.
- This is NOT A PARTY HOME, any reservation found to have unregistered overnight guests in the home will be escorted off the property and the booking will immediately be cancelled with no refund.
- Primary renter must be 21+ years old and at least one person staying at the property must be at least 21 years old.
- Quiet time hours between 11 PM and 7 AM.
- No pets allowed in the home.
- No smoking of any kind (cigarette, marijuana or vaping) - a $250 fee will be charged if the property smells of smoke, or any evidence is found that smoking occurred inside the property.
- The maximum occupancy on this property is 8 people. Additional friends/family are allowed at the property during your stay but please make sure that all overnight guests are declared on the reservation.
- Additional cleaning fees may be applied if the house is left messy and unorderly. Please follow check out procedures prior to departure.
- Late check-out fee of $50 per hour will be applied if you have not vacated the property by the 10 AM check out unless prior permission is granted from the host. If check out is more than 2 hours late, you will be charged for an additional day and will be charged at our base nightly rate of $350, but this does not award you to stay for the additional
day as this could impact other reservations.
- Any violation of the house rules could be grounds for immediate termination and removal from the property without a refund.

Summary: This was a great home base during our vacation to the Black Hills. Having quiet space for everyone at the end of a fun filled day was wonderful. The little extras were a nice touch. Going home with clean laundry and a happy family is a treat!

Summary: We had a wonderful visit and stay in Rapid City. We have stayed in many VRBO’s (and other rentals) from Florida, North Carolina and more and we were so impressed with the cleanliness of this home. The responsiveness of the owner was spot on, as well. We weren’t looking for anything fancy or needing a spectacular view, a nice home that could accommodate my elderly parents, my daughter in law and grandson, myself, as well as my son that we came to visit. This home had a nice dining room space and plenty of rooms for all of us to rest comfortably. It was centrally located to everything we wanted to do. It is located in a quiet neighborhood. Our stay was short but we had a wonderful weekend and would recommend this sweet home to others that might need a one level home that has plenty of rooms for all.

Summary: A great location, just a short ride to the center of Rapid City. Extremely quiet neighborhood. House furnace can be noisy, but we made sure it didn't come on at night. Good bathroom with a shower/Jacuzzi but a bit far from one of the four bedrooms. Large kitchen and dining room. Good arrival and departure info from the host. We're glad we chose this house.

Summary: 4 older guys golfing. Perfect for us. Quiet. Comfortable. 4 good beds. Living room is small, but wonderful dining table and kitchen. Great patio for quiet relaxing cocktail.
