The guest suite is attached to our home, below another Airbnb guest suite. Close to downtown, so city noises are expected. The heat pump located below the window may produce noise. We live in the house with two school-aged kids, we aren't overly loud-but we do live here.

The backyard is a grass space shared with us. You'll have a private patio to lounge in. Our school-aged kids may be on the trampoline or playing in the yard. Please clean up after your pet.

Summary: We enjoyed the spacious accommodations . The kurig coffee maker was a plus. The king size bed was very comfortable. We would have loved a tv that carried local news. The location was certainly ok.

Summary: Visiting my son and his wife. Very close to were he lived so that was a bonus. Owners were on the property. Very nice and friendly. If we needed anything they were very accommodating.

Summary: We enjoy natural surroundings. We were in Parksville BC for a short stay at the end of a trip. We were able to do some hiking at Englishman River and it was lovely. We were able to visit both the lower and upper river falls and both had their own beauty. We also visited Milner Gardens South of Qualicum Beach - again a lovely visit and enjoyed afternoon tea. would love to be able to sample more food choices. Would prefer it if Parksville didn't allow chain restaurants - we like the unique local fare. We ate at a wonderful local restaurant in Port Bernie on our way to Parksville - love those small restaurants. The place in Parksville was a great size - spacious, a private outdoor patio, good sized kitchen,nice sitting area, clean and close to downtown Parksville. A very enjoyable stay.

We had three of us plus a small dog and were very comfortable. They are also pet friendly, which is really important to us. It's very close to downtown Parksville, walking distance to restaurants, pubs, shops and world famous Parksville Beach. I would absolutely stay here again!
