Kismet boasts a market, liquor store, 2 restaurant/bars including a great night life.

Summary: This home was exceptionally clean, well appointed, well stocked, and equally well maintained. Having rented other, realtor-managed properties on FI, the difference in having an involved, attentive, and accommodating owner is glaring. Everything you and your family need to enjoy a stay on FI is made available to you. The state-of-the-art outdoor shower is the nicest I’ve seen. If pressed for a criticism, I can only offer that there is limited counter space. But, who really wants to cook on vacation anyway. Great spot.

Summary: We were very pleased with the house and the atmosphere in Kismet. Everyone is very friendly . The house has all equipments you need and very confortable beds. We will come back for sure.

Summary: Our stay here was excellent. The house was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The owner Michael was very attentive to our needs. He went above and beyond in coordinating the return of an item we left behind. Overall we were very pleased and would stay here again!

Summary: Sandtopia is a beautiful warm place to stay in Kismet. Close to beach and town. Place has everything you will ever need (beach chairs, bikes, umbrella etc) for a great stay. We loved the real slot machince in the house. Landlord always accessible if needed. Highly recommended.

Summary: The house is so clean, fully stocked, and so beautifully decorated. Perfect location, so close to the beach, and a short stumble home from The Inn.... Fantastic house!

Summary: Prior to my rental date the owner was immediately available for all my questions. He was very helpful, kind, professional & friendly. His Kismet beach house was all that the pictures showed & so much more. Very clean, roomy, accommodating, all the amenities you could want & very comfortable. I'm looking forward to returning.
