Positive: Loved the beautiful garden and friendly hosts. The breakfast items were lovely and really enjoyed having a swim in the pool and sitting in the garden watching the birds.

Negative: The noise of people walking around from the upstairs room was a little bit annoying when you’re trying to go to sleep or in the morning or at night.

Positive: Everything! I loved how Tracey and Mick were so accomodating and provide home-made treats as a welcome gift. That granola and those plum sweets were so delicious that I had to finish every bite! I wish I could order some from you actually haha. The homemade butter, peanut butter and other spreads were nice. I appreciate the extra towels and toilet paper you provided as well as the choice in what milk we had and how warm you both were towards my friend and I whilst also giving us space. The room was so quiet and I love how it was surrounded by nature! The pool was refreshing as well. The location is great and depends on where you're traveling to and trying to navigate through Auckland traffic. This was definitely one of my favourite accomodations I have stayed at and it really is good value for money. Thank you Tracey and Mick for allowing us to stay!

Negative: There is nothing I didn't like.

Positive: Trace & Mike are very accommodating, we don't eat breakfast, Tracey went out of her way to ensure we had a few delicious snacks which we much appreciated and enjoyed. The little welcome notes made us feel welcomed and the information notes and information folder were very helpful with the studio and the surrounding area. The studio is very clean & tidy and well-maintained. We'll stay again and recommend it to others as one of the best Airbnb in Auckland. Many thanks, Tracey & Mike

Positive: My first visit to New Zealand. Arriving in Aukland at 8pm on Friday night I picked up my hire car and followed the detailed instructions given by Tracey to find Kitchen Garden Studio. I was extremely happy with the layout and services that Kitchen Garden Studio provided. The bedroom/lounge was roomy and the bed really comfortable. Shower room/toilet was roomy and well supplied. The small kitchen area was perfect for my needs and was provided with the basic elements for a hearty continental style breakfast and tea coffee etc. The cleanliness of the property could not be faulted. Parking was right outside the door to the property. The added value of use of the owners pool was more than welcome and I took advantage of that. Tracey and Mike went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and gave me great advice on places to visit during my short stay. Great value for money and really friendly hosts.

Negative: Cannot be faulted.
