A lovely very relaxing Bach like ( fully furnished ) Home , with sea and bush views.
The house gets all day sun and is a blissful oasis , with amazing bird life to enjoy.
- 10 minute walk to Titirangi Village and featuring a brand new state of the art Gallery, restaurants, cafes, theatre, Markets
- 5 minute walk to French Bay - Swimming, yacht club , Local markets.

IMPORTANT CONSIDERATION FOR ELDERLY FOLK :
- Access to our front door is by way of 16 steps - so access may not be suitable for Elderly folk or Physically challenged.

PLEASE NOTE : we have had many enquiry's for use as a wedding venue / party venue - We request that any occupancy is for the use of a getaway / retreat / Holiday - and we do not wish the House to be a venue for party / Gathering.
CONDITIONS : Max occupancy is 5 People only - with consideration of a few visitors - Strictly no Party style gathering Please. - dinner with guests fine.
PARKING : street parking only - as its a shared access driveway - but plenty available - only a 10 second walk to house from parking spot - we are the first garage on the driveway

Summary: Really lovely home with a truly calm, artistic vibe. Fantastic location with an amazing view of the bay and we enjoyed being surrounded by kauri trees and watching native birds from the balcony. House had everything we needed along with a very cute cat our daughter loved.

Summary: We loved staying at this stylish home with it’s fantastic art work and great vibe. We really enjoyed relaxing on the deck and taking in views of the bush and sea. Really nice finishing touches like flowers and eco-friendly products.Thoughtful owners and great communication throughout our stay. Crystal the cat was such a sweetheart!

Summary: The Tree House Getaway was everything it promised to be and more - anyone wanting a tranquil, restorative break surrounded by native trees, birdsong, interesting art and characterful furniture should book this accommodation now. The wraparound deck gave us plenty of sun, the views were amazing - and a definite plus was the fact that French Bay was only a 5 minute walk away.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay. The property is in a lovely location with views over the bay. For those of us who love ( and miss our animals when away ) looking after Crystal was a real bonus! We would be sure to recommend to those who enjoy a quiet relaxing retreat.

Summary: We really enjoyed the breath taking views and while not located right near the city, it was within driving of a Metro and shopping which made for a convenient stay. Also, we must mention that our children loved caring for Chrystal the cat!
