Positive: Very relaxing setting Sea view , impeccable buffet breakfast, polite and helpful staff, stunning beaches and crystal clear sea water , food

Negative: No safe in room Shower head and rain shower need updating , shelf in shower enclosure needed , slippery bathroom floor, later restaurant hours , onsite shop needed

Positive: The staff lady at the bar is very freindly and helpful. The fire show on Wednesday night at 8.30 was great. Breakfast has a lot of variety to choose. The food price at the restaurant is reasonable.

Negative: The beachfront room that we stayed (A4) was right next to the pool and the music from the bar was way too loud. If you need peaceful holiday, I recommend choose the garden cottage instead of beachfront. The bed mattress was too hard, gave a really bad backache. In the common area, there were guests from outside to visit the cafe, so most shaded area were reserved for outside visitors. If we want to sit in the shaded area, we felt like we were force to order some drinks. I think there should be more shaded area for hotel guests. The manager should prioritize the importance of your guests if you want a repeat stay in the future.

Positive: Very clean ,comfortable, and an amazing place. The staff here are very helpful and never stop working to keep things clean and running smoothly 👍. The rooms are set in the trees so you have a feel like your part of nature . The room themselves are so big you will never feel cramped . The bar and restaurants overlook the stunning beach area ,with sunsets every night . I would recommend this resort to everyone 👏

Negative: Maybe net curtains in the room 🤔. 1 to have natural light in the room without letting everyone see in the room 2 to stop bugs 🐛 etc flying straight into your room the minute the doors opened at night

Negative: Food wasn’t good and the beds were terrible. So hard and could feel the springs.

Positive: The pool was amazing, the rooms were clean and large, the toilets are better than the pictures, the staff were great too

Negative: The shower had low pressure which made washing my hair a long process, the pool area felt like you had to buy a drink even if you were staying at the hotel, I know they are trying to make money but why would I stay at the hotel if I can’t access the pool at all times :/ especially considering that the hotel is more expensive than others, I wouldn’t pay that price for just the hotel room alone but it seems like I did because we felt pressured to get drinks every time, and the drinks are double the price. I think the hotel needs to give discounts to guests on drinks otherwise it’s a scam. Also the food isn’t bad but the size is smaller than most other restaurants
