Positive: The place was well located near Shala River Tour company. The place itself was perfect. The bed was okay. The host is mostly very kind.
Negative: There was no Card Machine, cash only and I felt the host treated me with disrepect when when I didnt understand the cost associated with breakfast.I felt the place was a little over priced as it does not include breakfast for 60 euros room. Every other place which I have stayed which is located close to town or a attraction cost less but included breakfast.

Positive: First of all the owner is very kind and helpful! The view from the apartment is awesome. The pool and the apartment were clean also. The owner made very delicious breakfast and dinner at the restaurant. Thanks for the relaxing time at this beautiful place!

Positive: There’s no doubt the place has a lot of potential. The property is in pristine condition, and it’s clear that the owners have put care into its design – the garden, outdoor areas, and general layout are all very well thought out. It’s one of those places where you can tell someone has a good eye for detail and aesthetics.
Negative: We had booked both buildings, and both suffered from hot water issues. In one building, none of the taps had hot water – not even in the kitchen or bathroom – which made things especially uncomfortable during the cold, windy nights. In the other, the jacuzzi was a big let-down. We got all ready to enjoy it, only to find it didn’t dispense hot water either – a bit of a letdown when you’re expecting a relaxing soak. The property had most amenities you’d expect for a comfortable stay, but we were quite surprised to find there was no microwave – a fairly standard feature, and something that would’ve made a big difference for quick meals or warming up food. The surrounding area was another concern. It honestly felt like a bit of a ghost town. There are only two restaurants and one bar in the vicinity. Between the two restaurants, we can absolutely recommend Bar Restorant “Te Kastrioti” – great food and a warm, welcoming host. Unfortunately, our experience at Lugina e Komanit was the complete opposite, with poor food and service. Getting to the property is a bit of a mission. The roads are rocky and still under construction, so unless you’ve got a proper off-road vehicle or something with great suspension, you’re in for a rough ride. The final stretch leading to the property is particularly bad – littered with construction materials and hazardous waste, which really dampens the first impression. In terms of activities, the boat ride to the Shala River is the main highlight, and it’s well worth doing. But beyond that, there’s not much else to do in the immediate area. I wouldn’t recommend staying more than one or two nights unless future developments change the current situation.
Summary: lovely-looking property in a picturesque setting, but it’s still very much a work in progress.

Positive: Great panorama view.
Negative: The level 0 (kitchen, living, bathroom) was not directly connected to level 1( bedroom, jacuzzi, toilet) In order to get from level 0 to level 1 you have to leave the house and take a staircase outside, which is not easy at night without lights and jn the morning when it’s cold. The quality of the house is not very good, very cheep deco and furniture

Positive: One of the best experiences in this wonderful villa. Everything is quite, relax and confortable. We had a great time in Koman Paradise by Romina. The villa was furnished with stylish and fully equipment, the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The staff was polite, helpful and very easy to communicate. The cleaning lady works was to appreciated, because everything was cleaned. If you will find availability, don't hesitate to book it. We came back for the second time and hope to go again.
