Summary: The room was spacious and the hotel is in a great location right in the middle of town. The balcony looked out over the town and landscape. It could not have been prettier. Also the staff was very friendly.

Summary: Wonderful place to stay. Spotless, unbeatable location, surprisingly quiet (given that it is directly on Piazza della Cisterna), helpful and cheerful staff. We chose a room with a valley view. Truly outstanding!! Some minor technical quibbles (shower drain loose, lighting difficult to figure out), but we would go back there in a heartbeat.
