Positive: We had such an amazing stay at La Grande Vue Villas. It honestly exceeded all our expectations. The view alone is worth the trip—absolutely stunning, especially from the private pool, which we used every day. It was peaceful, relaxing, and just what we were hoping for. Breakfast each morning was a treat with fresh, local, and beautifully prepared food. Greek coffee is my new favorite! One of the highlights of our stay was the complimentary BBQ dinner, which made us feel so welcome. A huge thank you to Fontana, one of the owners, who was so thoughtful and kind throughout our stay. You can really feel that this is a family-run place. Everything was done with care and attention to detail, and the entire team went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. This was one of the best parts of our trip to Greece, and we’re so grateful for the experience. We hope to be back someday!

Positive: What a wonderful experience from the moment we arrived. Super amazing, attentive staff who are always available for anything you may need. The place is gorgeous and magical with amazing views. Breakfast was great and plentiful! We were surprised with an anniversary cake and more for our 1 year wedding celebration. You can watch the sunset from your villa, the pool is super clean and inviting. Owners also were so gracious and served us an amazing complimentary dinner in our room overlooking the sunset. They really do go above and beyond!

Positive: The property has the best view! It was so beautiful, and the staff were amazing! They really went out of their way to make our trip wonderful. The made excellent drinks at the bar and they even offered to barbecue an authentic dinner for us.

Positive: After years of travel and being very selective on where we stay, this was the most amazing accommodation experience we have ever had! The place is impeccable with the most caring, attentive service. This is owned by a beautiful family who make you feel like you are their only priority, despite all the villas being booked during our stay. Fontana and her team go over and beyond to make sure you are comfortable, happy, well-fed. She asks about your plans for the day and gives you recommendations, tips on the island, which roads to avoid, etc. We felt like royal guests!! This place provides luxurious 5-star hotel service while giving you a beautifully appointed spacious, modern, pristine villa with stunning views, sunsets and patios in the front and back with a private pool. You are greeted with smiles and warmth, and no request goes unmet. This is a one in a million type of place, away from the hustle and bustle of the town, so serene. As Maya Angelou says, "People will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel. " We will never forget how special La Grande Vue Hilltop staff made us feel during our time in Greece. This was the highlight of our 2-week stay in Greece island-hopping. They lavished us with attentive service, surprised us with a Naxian dinner served on our patio one evening, gifted us with wine, beverages, loving care daily, qnd even a personalized gift to take home with us. They booked massages to have in their spa room. I can go on forever praising them and it wouldn't be enough. Favorite place we have ever stayed!
Negative: It's almost impossible to list a dislike. I would stay here again and again if I had the opportunity. The only thing I can think of is the local roads are a little challenging to drive on, and the location is about a 15 to 20 minute drive into town/port area (Chora). My husband is a great driver, but I would have felt nervous driving around. This place is a stunning oasis, so it was worth the drive on some tight, bumpy roads.

Positive: Everything is of a high standard - new and modern, clean and very comfortable. The room is super spacious and very well equipped, and the facilities and amenities were very tasteful and carefully thought of. A big plus as well is that everything in the hotel is locally sourced, and of good quality. The breakfast was superb, served in the suite by the pool, and the views are incredible! The sunset from our room was out of this world too! The hosts and staff were incredible - very friendly, helpful, attentive, and the service was very personal. We had a fabulous time for our honeymoon, we just wish we could’ve stayed longer!
Negative: Everything was superb! If we had to find something to mention, the pools / outdoor area are not super private, but excellent nonetheless.

Positive: One of the best places I have ever stayed. The hosts were so kind and helpful - even offering a free farewell dinner and free laundering services. The free breakfast was fantastic with farm fresh eggs, freshly baked bread, greek yogurt, and homemade jams. They also offer dinner at reasonable prices that is delivered to your villa! The villa exceeded expectations - brand new with gorgeous sunsets, super clean, with furniture custom made by the owner and a large, heavenly rainfall shower. You definitely need a car to stay here and to see the island, but it's a big island, so I think you would need one regardless of where you stay. We felt like it was our sanctuary after full days of exploring.
Negative: Nothing. It was perfect!

Positive: I would rate La Grande Vue an 11/10 if I could. Everything about this place was incredible - Kalliopi, Fontana and the team were exceptional and made sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. The villas were extremely spacious and comfortable and the views from the private pool were unrivalled. It's worth noting you'll need a car to get around however if you're happy to do that, I could not recommend this place enough. We'll definitely be back!!
