Summary: Great place for a sea vacation, with it’s private platform for sea access and sunbeds. 20 mins walking distance to Mondello beach and an hour by public transport to Palermo. We only had one problem during our stay. The electricity of the entire facility went out on our last night, right after midnight, and there was no electricity or hot water until 07:30. Since we could not charge our devices before check out, we asked for a late check out and they gave us an additional hour. Nevertheless, overall experience was good.

Summary: The property entrance side leave muchto be desired, but once you're inside it fantastic views, water access, pool and tennis courts!

Summary: We were thoroughly disappointed with our stay: +Beach was awesome! Diving and snorkeling was absolutely awesome. + Very alert lifeguards that kept an eye on us. + Decent sized pool. + Daily cleaning of the bungalow. + Clean. + Very professional driver service. - Access to the pool and beach area is closed at 19. Which includes the entire beach. - Restaurant was fully booked but not by hotel guests - Then it was closed on Monday? - Check out at 10 (am) and you aren't allowed on the premises after check out. - Bathing caps required for the pool? I've travelled quite a bit but this was a first. Also no fins allowed in pool - Not many of the staff spoke or understood English. - Unhelpful front desk. Twice we asked where to buy water and they referred to a minimarket across the street. Never did he say that they actually had a small cafeteria that was slightly hidden away where we could buy water?! - After five days there we still don't know if it was ok to flush toilet paper or not, as there is a sign you aren't supposed? - View from the bungalow porch was right into a black steel wall. - On the other side of the wall was a very noisy restaurant that played music until 2 am every night. Can't blame the hotel for this but something to be aware of. Overall it felt like we were staying at a beach resort that mainly focused on local visitors purchasing day passes and they had a hotel as a side income.

Summary: - [ ] The safe did not work and was not serviced the whole week, despite repeated reminders. - [ ] It was not cleaned every day as advertised (maybe every other day and towel change every third day) - [ ] The pool was closed between 13-14, not informed at the advertissment. - [ ] The service in the dining room was not satisfactory and there were empty bread baskets and fruit plates. Despite several reminders, this was not followed up. - [ ] We only received one pool card…..we received the second card after three days - [ ] The balcony that has been advertised was not as described in the advertisement. The balcony was, in fact, a walking area for rooms, with two small chairs. When we sat there we had to let through guests passing. - [ ] At the swimming area the hotel guests had to "fight" for places with external paying bathers - [ ] We had to buy swimming caps (mandatory) to use at the pool, without this being announced in the advertissment. - [ ] Beach towels were not provided as the advertisement stated. The hotel charged 5 euros per day per towel. - [ ] It was very poorly arranged for swimming in the sea, elderly people with reduced mobility should stay away. Two of the six days we were there the sea was partially closed - [ ] Not allowed to eat on the beach or by the pool - [ ] In the evening they closed access to the beach at 7 pm, also not informed in the advertissment - [ Terrible noise from the restaurant, which was right outside] the rooms.

Summary: Great location and staff was super friendly. The bad part was there was only a small air conditioner for the whole bungalow. The room was hot.

Summary: From the outside it looks quite plain. But once inside, it is a beautiful seaside resort. There is a huge pool with sun decks by the pool and the seashore. There is no beach, but easy access to swim in the crystal clear water. The room is spacious. The only complaint is that the bed is not very comfortable. For breakfast, there s a very nice selection of things to eat, heavy on the pastries. I would stay here again!

Summary: Beautiful property- close to Palermo (25 mins) but quiet and comfortable. Next to the beach and with a heated pool! Especially if you don’t like the sand- no sand only rocks! Easy access to the water with multiple ladders (they take out the big ladder when the life guard leave but there many others that stayed) Love it! Life guard and sun-bed with umbrellas.
