Positive: Five star location with a wonderful kitchen and laundry. A beautiful, elegant and very spacious home. Fantastic vew and access to the main beach and walking distance to everything San Sebastian has to offer. Historical buildings, restuarants and bars.
Negative: The front bedroom was on the main street so it was noisy with pedestrians speaking and lots of traffic. We were unable to leave the windows and blinds open to at night as the unit is on the ground floor and it is a security risk. The metal security shutters were excellent quality and although they blocked the view when close, they did let fresh air in if angled correctly. We were safe and comfortable.
Summary: We loved the location, and Bittor was a thoughful ,super host.

Positive: This is the most beautiful flat , full of character in the perfect location . Bittor who met us at the flat was so helpful . He had left food , wine and delicious Spanish biscuits . You should book this flat because it’s got everything you need . It felt like we were in a 5 star hotel . Anyway I’m already looking forward to coming back !!

Positive: The property was so beautiful, well set up and perfectly located. We are a family of 6 with 4 children and the kids and adults both loved it. It was just steps from the beach and we had all we needed there! Beds were comfortable and showers worked great. The host is so kind and gracious, and generously had a few groceries on hand, like oranges and milk, and had small things like detergent so that we could do our laundry, paper towels, a very nice hair dryer, etc. The closets are spacious and new which is nice. This is a perfect place to stay and you will be treated like a valued guest. We were so glad we chose this spot.

Positive: Location was perfect and the apartment is really beautiful and spacious. The beds are very comfortable. The host kindly provided us with some restaurant reservations. We especially liked the Basque phrases in the utility room and enjoyed using them. Having the use of an underground car park was very good for us and we had a lift up to the apartment to prevent us having to carry luggage up the stairs.
