The apartment has been completely remodelled using first rate materials and furniture and it is fully equipped. There is air conditioning in the lounge room.
It is situated on the sixth floor of an elegant building with elevator. There are two double bedrooms, a lounge-dining room with a comfortable double sofa-bed of 140cm, two bathrooms with wide shower tubs and a modern open plan kitchen, equipped with top-range appliances and complete kitchenware. Summary: Niza La Concha is a lovely spacious apartment in a great location with a spectacular terrace. The only problem we had was with the fridge which wasn't working properly, but Gabriel from Iberorent was extremely attentive and helpful and had a replacement fridge delivered the next day. We had a great week! It would have been nice to have had beach towels available. It would also have been lovely to have a couple of 'lounger' chairs on the terrace.
