Positive: The friendly owner met us on arrival and provided helpful advice on places to visit. She also provided a good selection of breakfast items which was very useful. The flat was very well equipped and very clean with a nice kitchen and balcony. The seventh floor flat (reached by a small lift and short flights of stairs) is located on a pedestrianized street in a fashionable shopping district within easy walking distance of the bus station, beach and old town. The flat was very quiet with no noise from traffic or neighbors. Highly recommended.

Positive: The property was amazing it had everything you needed and the host made sure to help us along the way if we needed anything more. They left us some food in the fridge and coffee and teas. The rooms were perfectly sized and the patio was so great on a hot day to escape the city. We got to use the owners parking in the San Martin Market which was helpful.
Negative: The location was one of the best, you were right in the heart of San Sebastián with access to the beach and a quick walk to old town. It was super quiet and access was never a problem.
Summary: Exceptional stay in San Sebastián and will rebook this again!

Positive: This is an amazing place to stay. The host is fantastic and very helpful. The parking is a must. Everything that you could think of is in the house and exceptionally clean and organized. Position is fantastic.
