Villa La Pagerie is built on a half acre flowered garden, just feet away from a secluded beach where spectacular coral reefs encircle a natural sandy sea basin – ideal for safe swimming and home to many tropical fish species.
The house offers five bedrooms with adjoining bathrooms on the main and upper floors. In addition, the basement is equipped with a private entry, two single beds, a bathroom and can accommodate a live-in chef/housekeeper or extra guests as required. The villa is ideally fit for a party of up to ten guests.
The estate is located within the High North Nature Park on the northwestern side of Carriacou boasting parrots, iguana, turtles and other wildlife. This area alos features the nicest and most secluded beach on the island, Anse La Roche (a few minutes by boat and 20 minutes walk from the villa).
Another gorgeous sand beach, Paradise Beach, is 15 minutes by car south of the villa, also on the Caribbean Sea. Opposite Paradise Beach is tiny, yet beautiful, Sandy Island, featuring coconut trees that provide shade from the tropical sun and the best snorkelling around.

Summary: This property is exactly as pictured. Gorgeous! It is very comfortable, a beautiful view, good snorkeling within steps. The bedrooms were a perfect size with nice beds. Any questions we had were answered quickly. A wonderful house for a relaxing vacation!!

Summary: Nestled amidst the serene beauty of Carriacou, La Pagerie was nothing short of magical. Accommodation: Each room was tastefully decorated and meticulously maintained, offering breathtaking views of the Caribbean and lush tropical surroundings. The grounds are beautifully landscaped, the home has spacious living areas that provided ample room for relaxation, a well-equipped kitchen if you’re so inclined to cook…we preferred enjoying our dinners out. Location: Situated on a secluded hillside only minutes from town, La Pagerie offered the perfect balance of privacy and accessibility. We had a very short walk to our own beach, and charming local eateries, yet felt worlds away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Whether lounging by the infinity pool or exploring the nearby hiking trails, our stay was filled relaxation and serenity. Hospitality: We were well taken care of by Stenna, the housekeeper. She was very responsive to all our needs and questions and helping with making dinner reservations. Our host, Christina, was also exceptionally responsive, ensuring that our every need was met with warmth and professionalism. For example, we had a tight window to make our flight from Grenada to Carriacou so she arranged for someone to meet us when we landed in Grenada and escorted us through Customs to our connecting flight. From arranging airport transfers to providing insider tips on the best restaurants, she went above and beyond to make our stay truly unforgettable.

Summary: La Pagerie has a perfect design to take advantage of its location right on the ocean. Views from the house and deck are amazing. Louvered walls allow seabreezes to cool the house and the infinity pool on the deck is a quick cooler. Furnishings were top notch. The house has a well-equipped kitchen, with snorkeling and boating equipment. Communication with the property owner and manager was excellent – managers of the house and garden were very helpful. With a 4wd vehicle, the short dirt part of the road and steep driveway were easy to manage. We had a young infant and the house was perfect for enjoying staying put when the baby needed it. Great walks from right out the front door to the beach and to a hill overlooking Carriacou. We can’t wait to come back.
