Negative: The staff wanted me to do a review before we got the room key, I said I will do it after I check the rooms. In addition the room wasn't ready 30-40 mins after we supposed to check in. When checking out I should've got an invoice stating I checked out instead they told me to put keys on counter. I was in a rush so I didn't think to ask for invoice. However, I tried calling to see if they can email it like they normally do upon check out and I haven't received anything. So I instantly thought I was going to continue to be charged because there's no proof that I turned keys in, so when I called they hung up and by the 2nd time of calling he said he will email it and come to find out he had the wrong email smh. Eventually, I got the email because I told him I wasn't getting off the line until it's being confirm that I received it.
Summary: It was okay, I don't know why they trick people to do survey before seeing room to deceive customers
