Positive: The front desk staff were friendly and helpful when we arrived. The cleaning staff helped us with items we needed stocked up on and also was very nice .
Negative: The room temperature was stuffy and smelled unpleasant when we arrived. I asked the front desk to help me with the ac. The ac continued to be a problem with a ventilation issue. The dog smell was pretty prominent as well.

Positive: Loved the location. The staff was amazing. The size of room was good.
Negative: The room had a smell. Think it was the carpet. Spilled some water on the carpet and dried it up with a towel and the towel was nasty. The a/c didn’t work to well in the room but didn’t say anything cause we wasn’t in there much. Keep it decent at night but surge day it stayed around 76.
Summary: We come to Pigeon Forge at least 3 times a year and stay at this place most of the time.( When we can get a room ) We

Positive: Breakfast was ok, a little on the skimpy side, but ok.The lobby always has fresh coffee. Love the location, close to the island, dinner shows, Dollywood and other attractions. Lots of restaurants and shops close by. Felt safe there, very dog friendly. Staff is friendly, helpful and accommodating. Very relaxed atmosphere. Beds were very comfortable.
Negative: The hotel is getting very dated. Musky odor to the rooms and halls. They need to refinish the bathroom vanities and put in new carpet. I prefer streaming TV to cable, but that's just my preference. The only thing I really didn't like was the odor in the rooms.

Negative: I was supposed to have a mountain view. Tbe exhaust fan didn't work in the bathroom. When taking a shower a lot of the water wen t out the faucet instead of the shower head.

Positive: Location was close to restaurants, entertainment, and grocery stores. Breakfast had a good selection and was well stocked and clean. The pool was indoors which was nice considering it rained during our stay.
Negative: The rooms were dated but clean. The sleeper sofa was worn out and uncomfortable.
