Summary: The hotel was conveniently located, easy to find and the from desk staff was very nice. My stay was peaceful and the wake up call on time.

Summary: I have stayed at this numerous times over the years. I was very disappointed this time. The condition of the room was horrible. Wallpaper peeling off the walls, ceiling was damage, stains on furniture and carpet, bathroom tub was damaged. We never had any hot water in the shower, but did have hot water in the bathroom sink. In addition, the keys kept not working and had to go to the front desk multiple times to have them replaced. The ice machines did not work except on the first floor. Tub was slippery and had to go to the front desk to get a mat for the tub. Phone did not work to get ahold of housekeeping or front desk.

Summary: We were really disappointed with the Hotel The rooms had cracks in the wall the carpet in our room was torn in several places and there were cracks in the walls and leak spots everywhere. We had cemetery services Friday most of day and traveled on LIRR to hotel. We would have chosen another place however it was booked through hotels.com

Summary: Had to change room as soon as I got there because the sink and tub drained slowly but the maintenance guy was really nice. The second room smelled like burnt popcorn every time we opened the microwave and the sink eventually clogged up as well. Front desk supervisor could use a refresher on customer service. I don’t think she would have changed my room if the maintenance guy didn’t tell her to. Thank you maintenance!

Summary: It was very clean everything at the hotel was great. Except the bed we had to sleep on. You could feel the springs coming thru matress. My husband and I woke up with back and lack of sleep trying to get comfortable

Summary: The bed was sunken in the middle and gave me the feeling of sleeping uphill. The worst thing though was that the shower never got up to a lukewarm temperature so I was unable to step in due to discomfort. I essentially had to sponge bathe carefully. I think what really got me was that when I mentioned it to the person at the front desk at checkout, her response was one that I would expect her to give a co-worker rather than a customer. She acknowledged what I was saying and starting to write a ticket to have it fixed. But there was no apology, question, or any expression of caring of what I went through because of it. Not even a thank you for letting her know. It was basically "I don't know what can cause that but I'll write a ticket to have it checked out". I know this may seem trite to some, but that reaction is the reason I'm writing this review at all.

Summary: This is a very basic, budget hotel. The staff was very friendly, but the room itself was so old. I am not super picky but the bathroom walls had huge cracks, holes, and the room was very outdated. That said, the bed was comfortable and it seemed clean- just old. The pull up on the shower didn't fully come out so the shower was awful. I am sure if I had asked, they would have moved me but it wasn't worth it to me for a quick overnight stay. Loved the free shuttle to airport. The shuttle driver (Chuck) was a really great guy and it was the easiest process. Overall, I would stay here again, but just expect that it isn't a new looking place. Oh, and the breakfast was pretty limited to bagels and other breads. If you expect protein options, they were limited to peanut butter.

Summary: We stayed one night 3 years ago and clearly nothing has been improved since then. This time 5 nights and we had to request towel change and trash empty after 3 nights. Carpeting is threadbare. A very basic breakfast included. For one night by the airport it's convenient but we won't be back.
