Summary: It was very close to the casino which was a plus. The room was clean. We slept in so we didn't get to eat the breakfast provided by the hotel. The towels are a bit thin & the elevator didn't work the first day we were there.

Summary: Netflix app didn't work. Bed was not comfortable most on the hard side. The pillows are the cheap kind that have no density to it or fluffiness to it. I woke up with a sore neck. They could've done better on the pillows at least.

Summary: It was a good stay, but lots of people were there for the casino in the area. This was not the hotel's fault, but they were loud. Also the cleaning lady was loud talking to somebody else who worked there.

Summary: Will give you a hard time when you’re bringing your service animal breaking a couple of federal law by insisting you show identification by law they’re not allowed to ask anything besides is it a service animal and what services does it provide? And after showing them proper paperwork, they still charged me the pet fee employee should be better trained on federal laws of service animals

Summary: Pretty irritating when the elevator doesn't work 3 of the 4 days you are there. Then on the last night they put someone above you with rowdy kids that jump up and down and run around all night. Asked clerk to have them settle down but it didn't
