Summary: Overall our stay was great. Kiddo has spilled a drink on the bed and we asked for bedding to be changed while we were gone for the day so that house keeping would not be rushed with turn around,and it was just the top sheets that were changed not the fitted or the one underneath the fitted. Also the jets in the hot tub didn’t work so it was as though you were just sitting in a bath. Otherwise no complaints. Would stay again if in the area.

Summary: The property looked nothing like the pictures. Dirty walls, ceiling damage in bathroom, horrible lumpy beds, TV didnt work. It was a 1 star room at best. The pool and hot tub were old and small. It was worth like 50 a night not 250. Never again. Just glad I saw no bed bugs. Oh and my 10 yo son could hear "banging" through the walls...awkward! I took no photos because I did NOT want to remember our hotel at all.

Summary: Wonderful visit. Clean and safe feeling. We had a fire alarm go off during our stay and it was handled well. We had two rooms, three adults, three children. It was close, within 15 miles of all the major tourist attractions. The breakfast had a great assortment of hot and cold foods. Coffee /tea was available 24/7 as well as a little mini market. There was a five guys burgers on one side and a Denny's on the other side! The staff was welcoming and the housekeeping staff were eager to assist. The pool was clean, the whirlpool could have been a little more forceful but it was plenty warm. We would go again. We stayed three nights this trip.

Summary: Very friendly and helpful staff Very clean facility Had a bit of a computer issue at check in, which was quickly resolved by management. Whirlpool was broken which staff apologized for. Shower door would not stay shut and there was no Shelf/tray to place shower supplies on. Had to place everything on the floor. Looking forward to a delicious full breakfast
