Summary: The AC in our room didn't cool properly and the room was so humid our paperbacks curled. The shower was constantly running so our bathroom was hot and steamy. The staff was made aware of this problem. It wasn't so bad we would ask for a different room but it was less than perfect. Otherwise it's a great place. The old charm is comfortable. We would return in a heartbeat.

Summary: This was a wonderful property and location for my solo getaway. I enjoyed the grounds with the gazebos and easy trail access. The staff was friendly, although some seemed to be new and a bit inexperienced. Overall I had a wonderful time and would recommend to future travelers!

Summary: I have been a frequent visitor of Ithaca lately as I adopted a dog with a multitude of medical issues and he goes to Cornell for treatment. I wish I had stayed here every visit. However, given that I stayed in 5 other hotels in the area I can pretty confidently say that LaTourelle is one of the best. From the staff to the people that stay there it was a fantastic experience. They more than accommodated Gandalf and I - they welcomed us and fussed over him. The spa is also a wonderful luxury, a not to be missed experience. There are also hotel activities. I can’t say enough. Would recommend to anyone.

Summary: Beautiful property. Clearly had been renovated recently - our room was spacious and beautiful. Friendly staff. You can walk to the trails behind the property to see waterfalls (and arrange for pickup by the hotel if you don't want to walk back). We did not get a chance to use the spa.

Summary: We unintentionally challenged the patience & hospitality of this amazing staff in a number of ways: from having to change our reservations twice on short notice, checking in at lam (!), extending our stay, bringing a service animal, and more,... we're not usually such a pain, but none of this was received with anything other than a smile and a genuine desire to help and accommodate. As a matter of fact, one of the owners actually helped us out with our bags. So it's clear that this culture of hospitality begins with leadership, and is shared by every member of the staff. We will definitely be back, and we're eager to check out the Firelight Camps, as well! Sidenote, the trail right off of the Firelight Camps (immediately behind the Inn) is a fantastic way to immediately access nature. 10/10!!!
