Hand hewn wood beams, beautiful paneling, solid wood pocket doors, and original built-ins adorn the gracious living spaces, infusing the home with a grandness worthy of its beautiful setting. A formal entry opens to an elegant living room, library nook/office and floor to ceiling bay window framing the spectacular view. A lovely afternoon tea is ready in the sunroom. The formal dining room offers a memorable dining experience. Enjoy the outdoors at a relaxed get-together on the spacious raised patio with its dining and conversation areas. The expansive backyard is perched on the edge of the Arroyo with multiple seating areas overlooking the Rose Bowl, making it perfect for intimate entertaining or a family gathering.
The newly renovated kitchen includes top-of-the-line appliances plus a charming breakfast area that can serve as a gathering spot for a board game or a snack in the afternoon. The first floor also includes a spacious activity room/ include a full size sofa bed, that can alternate as a bedroom with a full bath, another separate bedroom with full bath, and a laundry room, plus an elevator to the second floor.
The grand wooden staircase with original stained-glass window brings you to the second floor. The oversized master suite with a beautiful view and furnishings was designed for comfort and elegance, full bath, and dressing room. Two additional bedrooms share a full bath, and sitting area. Summary: House was well appointed- we cooked full Xmas and Xmas Eve dinners in the spacious kitchen. Very comfortable beds as well. Mimy was also an excellent host and responded quickly to all inquiries.

Summary: Wonderful stay with friends visiting for a football game at the Rose Bowl. Incredible views and beautiful, classic Pasadena architectural home. The manager, Mimy, was a wonderful host. Full of knowledge of the area and on top of every question. Highly recommend this home!

Summary: I stayed at this property for my wedding weekend and it was absolutely fabulous. The place was beautiful and the host was so thoughtful. She was very accommodating by letting me check in early and even gave me stuff after the fact when I left it there by mistake. The home is gorgeous and was a great place to host my friends and my new husband. The host is very communicative and very responsive.

Summary: This house is beautiful and charming. You can’t beat the incredible views from the backyard. My kids loved running around the backyard. Overall, we had a great experience and the host was very responsive. We were only the second group to stay at the house so the amenities were somewhat lacking. I communicated this to the host and she was very appreciative of the feedback. I expect it will be even better for the next group.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay here, we had an event at the Rose Bowl and it just couldn't have been more conveniently located. The house is a gorgeous mix of heavy woods and old world charm and all the modern conveniences you need. Host was very available but didn't babysit us. We had a great time.
