Situated on a charming Notting Hill Mews, this 2 bedroom home is in a fantastic location- just minutes from Portobello Road, Kensington Palace, Holland Park; and just a 10 minute tube journey from Bond Street. For up to 4 guests.
This home is set over 3 floors with a welcoming entrance hall on the ground floor, leading through to the kitchen opposite.
KITCHEN AND DINING ROOM
A sleek and elegant space- with a dining table and surrounding chairs, as well as views out to the courtyard garden. The kitchen is contemporary in style and is fully equipped with all the amenities you will need during your stay.
COURTYARD GARDEN
A lovely courtyard garden, with a white cast-iron table and chairs, as well as a wooden bench for seating. Plants and trees surround the space.

Summary: Overall we had a fantastic experienct at 14 Ladbroke. Kitchen was well stocked. Bedrooms are on the third floor but spacious and beds are comfortable. There is a washer and dryer althought instructions on how to use them would have been helpful (as americans, we have never seen a dryer with a water tank that needs to be emptied). There are no electrical outlets near a mirror so blow drying/curling the hair was difficult. We would definitly stay here again.

Summary: We loved our stay at Ladbroke Walk. Perfect location, very close the tube, shops and restaurants and in a beautiful neighborhood. Check in was very easy with Dawn. Our only suggestion is the courtyard was quite dirty; it would be a very nice space if cleaned up a bit.

Summary: Spacious property with a private courtyard in a very nice area. There are pubs/restaurants, grocery stores, wine store, meat market, Holland Park and 2 tube stations within a 7 min walk. Kitchen was well stocked. Unfortunately during our stay (7-31 August 2020), there was loud construction (drilling, hammering, sawing, etc.) next door on weekdays from 8am to 4:30pm. The unit next door is being completely rebuilt and wasn't close to being finished when we departed.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay in Notting Hill. We had easy access to transportation, stores and restaurants. The grocery stores were open until midnight which was very convenient. An easy trip to the sites around London. The house had everything we needed and was very clean. I would definitely recommend.

Summary: The apartment was fantastic. The pictures on the website led us to believe that the unit was smaller than it actually is. Multiple sitting areas, great kitchen, outdoor space, what more can you ask for. The apartment was close to two tube stations, so you can get anywhere in the city with minimal effort. To future guests, if this is available book it, you will not be disappointed.

Summary: This location on Ladbroke Walk was superb! You are close to two metro stations, the Notting Hill one and Holland Park, and also a five-minute walk to three nearby grocery stores. There are also excellent restaurants nearby, such as Farina and Beluga. You are also very close to Portobello Road and all the quintessential Notting Hill houses. We really couldn't have asked for a better location. The house itself was nice, with a cute little patio in the back. The beds were extremely comfortable and bedding was clean. I also loved the homeowners' taste in art throughout the house. This unit is three stories with a narrow staircase to all levels, but we adjusted. I would definitely recommend this home and location.
