Summary: House is super close to the beach! Very clean and very pretty. We only had adults in the house so it was a tight squeeze for us but it was still a great stay. Has a cute fire pit and nice sized living room.

Summary: We took a group of 12 college seniors to this property, and it was everything we hoped for and more. The location was great, and there were no problems with anyone in the nearby properties. The house itself easily fit all 12 of us and our things, and it had all the accommodations we needed. Nick was very communicative and always responded whenever we had a question or concern. This property is perfect for any large group, whether a family or college students.
