Summary: Indoor pool is nice. The hot tub could have been hotter. I couldn’t use the public bath since i have a tattoo. I couldn’t try the breakfast since I left early every day to go on excursions. The hotel is far away from Naha

Summary: We always stay at Laguna when we visit Okinawa. Excellent staff, customer service and breakfast. And the morning buffet is amazing!

Summary: I had a very nice in this hotel. All staff members are super friendly, helpful and polite. They really made my holiday joyful. I will recommend this hotel to anybody planning to travel to Okinawa.

Summary: The Laguna Garden Hotel was the hotel associated with an international meeting being held at the Ginowan Convention Center. The hotel was in good proximity to the Convention Center. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The service was generally good, when it was open. Some of the hotel restaurants and the bar was only open on the weekends. Many of those staying at the hotel were from the US and EU and are accustomed to being able to have a drink in the evening. Given there was no bar where patrons to meet and visit over drinks during the week was quite disappointing. The pool facility was quite nice, but the hotel adhered to the antiquated policy of denying pool entry to those who had visible tattoos. While this policy impacted a small number of conference attendees staying at the hotel. I do not have tattoos, but I view this as an unacceptable, discriminatory practice. While this policy seems to be dissolving at hotels on Japan's main island, this hotel seems to be hanging on to this antiquated, cultural discriminatory practice.
