Summary: We had a great time at this house. It had everything we needed. The back screened in porch was great. The only drawback was the parking. One of our guests had to leave their car down at the boat dock. Other than that this place was very nice and clean.

Summary: This is our second stay for our yearly fishing trip to Cumberland. We had an unexpected outage of hot w as ter, but t he e owner had a plumber and new hot water is eater installed in less t he an 12 hours. Stay was wonderful, host Jeanne very nice and responsive to the issue. Would stay again.

Summary: I had reserved a different property and was informed the day before by a different rental company that my rental would not be available due to some issues. I immediately was frantic. I was able to find this rental by sure luck. When I tell you from start to finish it may have been a blessing in disguise. The rental was in a very nice location, the rental itself was very clean and stocked to our needs for our short trip. The home is nicely decorated inside. We couldn’t have asked for more for what we needed. The owner was very helpful throughout our whole stay and immediately responded whenever I messaged her. She was most helpful with area surroundings and helpful hints as well. We couldn’t have been happier with this place.

Summary: The interior of the home was clean and big enough for us ( 4 adults, one toddler). There were many nice amenities inside. We were disappointed with the screened in porch, as the furniture was rather old and frankly, the table tops had not been cleaned in months. I mean, the toddler's hands were black. The firepit area in the front was unusable. The house was good!
