This property is in a nice quiet neighborhood tucked back on Lake Hartwell 11.8 miles from Clemson University. We welcome Game and Family events. The walk from the house to the lake is a gradual slope (not steep at all) with a stepless concrete path all the way to the water. Bring your boat - there is one covered boat slip dock on deep water along with a deck for entertaining/swimming/sunbathing. Also, there are many local boat rental businesses nearby. Kayak and life jackets are provided. The boat ramp is 1 block away. The home has an open family room/eating area/kitchen (stocked) floor plan great for gatherings. The bedrooms are all on the opposite side of the home so some could be resting while others are entertaining. Master Suite includes View to the Lake, Separate Shower, Jetted Tub, Double Vanities and Walk in Closets. Additional Bedroom on Main has View of Lake with Private Entrance to Back Deck. Upstairs includes Additional King/Master Bedroom and Guest Bedroom with View of Lake, and Full Tub/Shower combo Bathroom. Basement is Large Recreation/Game Room with lots of seating, cable TV, Ping Pong Table, Shuffle board, Half Bathroom and Private Entrance to Back Patio/Lake. Back Deck includes Seating for 14+ people, Covered Area and Open Area, Gas grill and Opens to one Bedroom and the Family Room. Tons of Parking – room for 5+ cars and a boat trailer if needed. Grassed front lawn great for playing ball or fetch – Bring your Pets. Short drive to shopping and restaurants (less than 5 miles). The house sleeps 14 in beds. There are two king beds and 2 queen over queen with trundle bunk beds. Mattresses are memory foam mattresses on every bed. None of the couches are pull out sofas but all the couches are comfortable enough to sleep on. Electronics include – wifi, roku boxes, TVs in every bedroom and 65” TV in Family Room, 60” TV in basement. Kitchen has all necessary appliances plus coffee (Keurig and potted) maker, mixer, slow cooker, toaster and more. -12 miles from Green Pond Landing (where 2015 and 2018 Bass Master Classic was held) -Plenty of room for Pro Fisherman, Trucks and boats. -Min. Summary: This house was perfect for a football game in Clemson. The view from the house is very pretty and there’s lots of seating inside and out to enjoy the house and the setting while not at the game. The house was very clean and had everything we needed to make a couple meals there too.

Summary: We were fortunate to be able to stay at Darcy's lake house for Clemson Family Weekend. The house was very clean. There were plenty of towels and linens, and the kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed to cook. The open kitchen/living area was cozy and comfortable and the perfect place to have our first family dinner since dropping off our oldest for her first year at Clemson. Our stay was short and sweet so we didn't get to enjoy all the property has to offer, but we hope to be able to stay again in the future.

Summary: This property is a perfect place to unwind. Back covered porch was perfect place to sit and relax. We used the recommendation for boat rental from Lake Valet LLC and had a boat delivered right to the dock. House was very clean and had all you would need to settle in. Since we have a Freshmen at Clemson we will return!

Summary: The house was fantastic. We had 6 guys come up for a friends trip and we slept great. There was plenty of room for us to relax and enjoy our weekend. The walk down to the dock is really easy and the cove was quiet and really enjoyable. I would absolutely stay here again!
