Enjoy the best sunrises in our renovated house on a private lake with dock and pool! At the end of a quiet road, with plenty of privacy and a large yard. You can kick back and relax inside, spend time lounging in the heated pool, or take the kayaks for a lap on the lake!
This home is on the edge of Westchase, close to Citrus Park Mall, less than 15 minutes to the airport, Westshore, International Plaza, and Raymond James Stadium (where the Tampa Bay Buccaneers play). 35 minutes to the best beaches in the world. 1.5 miles from Costco, Wild Fork, and Sprouts. Minutes from restaurants and West Park Village.
Enjoy the seclusion and wildlife including the wild green parrot family that flies into nearby trees every night and deer that are commonly spotted along the entrance!
**We are always working to improve the experience for our guests and as such, there is ongoing exterior and landscaping work on the property (house is fully remodeled).

Summary: We stayed at this Lake House mid April and the weather was fantastic for siting outside on the couches by the pool. The pool table outside was a HIT. They added these solar pool floats meant to head the pool naturally and they WORK. The inside was amazing, kitchen came with everything we needed to make a few meals at the house instead of eating out all weekend. Beds were very comfortable. We will be looking to stay there again!

Summary: Perfect for gathering older siblings. House had everything we needed and was spacious enough to not feel crowded. Beautiful setting. Couches serve as extra sleeping space. Host was very responsive and patient. Will stay there again!

Summary: We loved our stay here! Ross was responsive, clear with directions, and check out was easy. The house was clean and perfect for what we needed it for. I cannot recommend this house enough! Book it as soon as you can if you’re coming to the Tampa area!

Summary: The property was as described. Plenty of room for all 8 adults. Pool was well maintained. Kayaking on the lake was wonderful. Communication with Ross was excellent and he was incredibly attentive and prompt. A wonderful experience all around.
