Summary: Unit was very clean, well maintained and located in a nice quiet and safe neighborhood. Parking was available right in front of home. Claire was quick to respond and very accommodating. Would definitely stay in this property again.

Summary: Home onwer contact me when she saw through her camera more people show up.. I explained to her it was my nephews that ride with my kids in their car... Only 4 people slept at her house

Summary: Let me start off by saying my 10 year old did not want to leave! The location was perfect for a family with small children and the place itself was absolutely beautiful. It felt like we were at our home away from home. It was clean and cozy and we loved every moment. I’d definitely stay there again!

Summary: The townhome was spacious and is located in a very nice and quiet area in Westchase. The living area was on the first level and the bedrooms were on the second level. The living room had a large sectional sofa with two other sofas. The kitchen had all new stainless steel high end appliances (Samsung) as well as granite countertops there was a toaster oven as well as regular coffee machine and Nespresso. The kitchen was well stocked with cutlery, cooking pots and everything you would need if you decide to stay home and cook. The dining area had a table for six where you can sit and enjoy your homecooked meals. There is a laundry/storage room next to the kitchen, the washer and dryer were very big and also high end. There is a small outdoor space in the rear of the townhome there is no grass all concrete, there is access to the garage. The master bedroom had a King size bed with a very comfortable mattress. The second bedroom had a small desk and a twin bed. One thing that can be added in the second room is a TV. Our host Claire was very responsive and helped us with all our questions and concerns, she was so kind and allowed us to check in earlier. We would definitely consider staying at this property again when visiting the Tampa area.
