Positive: Extremely value for money. The hotel is not that new but it is quite, clean, comfortable, and very close to Page. It was wonderful to walk by the beautiful Lake Powell in early morning and sunset. Very good price for nice lake view compare to other hotels in Page. Great place for a short stay.
Negative: The restaurants are closed for certains meals in certain seasons. The facilities are a bit old, but I am ok with them considering the nice price.
Summary: Great value for money, nice lake view

Positive: Great location, and it was so nice to wake up to that view. Having breakfast while looking out the window was wonderful.
Negative: I found a cockroach in the bathroom. I hope it was just an isolated incident. The room was a bit old, but clean. The Booking said that breakfast was included, but it turned out to be available only for an extra charge.

Positive: Convenient location for our road trip stop. Plenty of parking. Huge balcony which must be nice in the summer. Comfortable beds. The pool and jacuzzi was open out of season - we didn’t get to use it as it was constantly busy, but we thought that was a nice touch.
Negative: We requested a quit room with a bathtub. We got the bathtub but the room was in a very noisy part of the building — close to the entrance and very noisy neighbors with kids who kept slamming their doors and being very load. We could also hear crying babies. The resort was out of season and most other buildings were empty. Terrible white lighting, stronger than in a dentist’s chair everywhere from the main room to the bathroom. They need to invest in dimmable or warmer lightbulbs and lamp shades if they expect their guest to feel relaxed. The tiny fridge was also very loud in spite of being mostly empty.
