Hook, Wine & Sinker is a professionally decorated new construction home!
This lakefront cottage is located off of Highway 43 and is 30 minutes from the University of Alabama campus.
The exterior features a large deck with a Green Egg for grilling as well as a fire pit for s'mores! Relax and enjoy your morning coffee (or mimosa) on the screened in porch that is located off of the dining room.
With almost 3,000 square feet, Hook, Wine and Sinker includes an open concept that is great for entertaining and a spacious kitchen that includes new stainless steel GE Café appliances.
With 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths, large families or even multiple families will be very comfortable. In addition to the 4 bedrooms, there is basement with a new sofa that includes large ottomans that when pulled together create a king bed.
The dock is great for swimming and includes a water mat!

Summary: What a beautiful home on Lake Tuscaloosa! The house was perfect for a large group, with plenty of room! The main floor is laid out so that everything just flows! The big windows let you enjoy the lake view…all the time! The house was immaculate and beautifully decorated! Outside had so much to offer as well; from the decks, to the screened in porch, to the fire pit, and of course the big dock so we could enjoy the lake! Cyndee was a wonderful host in every way! Our students had an AMAZING time! Without ANY reservations, we would ALL highly recommend staying here! Shoot…I’d give it 10 stars if possible!!!

Summary: Everything so great for my entire family, all the kids and grandchildren. House is fabulous and right on the lake. Super dock to jump off for all. Easy drive to grocery stores and University of Alabama. Cyndee is a great host and responsive to any questions you might have. I would definitely stay there again.

Summary: There are no words to do this house justice. Truly beautiful home with an amazing view. The kitchen was a delight to cook in. All furnishings and beds were new and very high quality. Our family time by the lake was perfect. We celebrated my son’s graduation here and the owners could not have been more kind. We will be back!
