Summary: We stayed here to be close to where my sister has her camp site. The house fit us perfectly in terms of size of our family. Air conditioning would have made the stay more comfortable as it was hot. Cleaning service probably needs more direction as we did a lot of our own cleaning. Including washing the comforters. Add a screen to kitchen window. We could not open because of no screen. Sweep the deck. Lots of cobwebs. Thanks to owner for giving us a new set of pots and pans. Would also recommend inventory of what’s in the kitchen. Could use more silverware. Thanks for being so responsive to our needs and questions.

Summary: Brandon Hicks was easy to communicate with. Place was very clean. Enjoyed our stay. Being that close to the water and watching the sunset sitting around the fire was so relaxing. When the weather is rainy, you still have a wonderful view setting around the dining room table.
