Enjoy all the amenities included which are the indoor/outdoor pools, hot tubs, sauna, gym, an outdoor BBQ area and games room that includes a pool table and foosball. Relax by the pool and enjoy the many family friendly activities Kelowna has to offer, or step into the vibrant nightlife in downtown Kelowna at night.

In walking distance from your unit you will find beaches, lagoons (where beavers and birds call home), bars, shops, restaurants, parks, wineries and breweries. Downtown is prime location for any traveler coming to Kelowna, BC.
This spacious condo is an extremely rare vacation find. It is pet friendly and features two private patios, walk out access to the pool deck, and one designated/secure parking stall. With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, this luxury condo contains one king bed, one queen bed, one queen murphy bed, and one sofa bed. Resort Rules:
No excessive noise after 9pm.
No drinking in the common areas, including the pool, hot tub, etc.
No smoking in or on the property, including common property.
Pet friendly with the following restrictions: 1 cat or 1 dog. Dog cannot exceed 18” high, 26 lbs, or be of a pit bull variety or Rottweiler breed. Pets must be leashed at all times in the common areas. Waste must be picked up/disposed of immediately.
Any bylaw violations or fines levied against the guests will be charged back to them and payment will be due upon 14 days of being issued.

Summary: We spent our long weekend here, it was a pleasant experience, the location is super convenient, everything is walking distance! The unit is spacious and clean, kitchen has pretty much everything we needed. Kids had lots of fun at the pool, which is literally steps out of balcony door! We will book again for our future trips to Kelowna! Thanks!

Summary: We loved our stay at this location! It was beautiful and clean. The ground floor unit made for lovely morning coffee on the patio and great pool access. We were able to walk everywhere we needed to go downtown. A little bit confusing checking in with multiple buildings and parking garages. Great ability to communicate with the property manager to clear it up quickly. The check in email was helpful but would benefit from a clear building ID. The only thing that we didn’t like was the height of the patio door (which is not a reflection of the property owner and therefore not reflected in my review). We are all around 6’ tall and have to duck our heads to go outside. My teenage daughter ran outside quickly, forgetting about the door height and knocked herself to the ground. Thanks for enhancing our stay in Kelowna. We had a lovely time.

Summary: We had an excellent stay at this condo! It had many pros like the location being ground level and steps away from the pool, outside seating, roomy interior, comfortable beds, nice kitchen & fridge. A few cons, the screen door was unusually low and there were a few sore heads, the random ledge to living room was also a safety hazard for tripping. The ceiling was was dripping from a flood above. A few nail clippings around the couch maybe forgot to vacuum that area, otherwise it was a spacious and great space that we throughly enjoyed !!

Summary: We had a very pleasant stay here. The condo was clean and well kept. It had mostly everything we needed. The only thing it was missing are face cloths. Other than that, it is in a perfect location, walking distance to everything. Loved being close to the pool as well.
